Question #1: Does Domu Decor really offer free shipping on all orders?

A: Yes! At Domu Decor, we do not want a shipping cost to separate item from individual. For all orders within the United States, we offer free shipping! Check our Shipping Policy for more information.

Question #2: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Below is a breakdown of the estimated delivery time.

Question #3: Where is Domu Decor based?

A: Domu Decor is based in the US. Our curated collection of top-quality products is offered exclusively within the United States!

Question #4: Can I cancel my order after it's been processed?

A: Yes, any cancellation requests within 24 hours of an order will be accepted. To cancel your order, please contact us promptly. Past this window, we do not accept cancellations, but we do accept returns.

Question #5: What is your return policy?

Question #6: What if I receive a defective product?

A: If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it at no cost, no questions asked. Please contact us for verification and return the item within 30 days of delivery. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.

Question #7: When will I get my refund after returning a product?

A: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect the item and process your refund accordingly. After we issue a refund, it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your payment method, contingent on the payment method and your payment provider. Refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

A: No, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. 

Question #11: Do you fulfill bulk shipment orders for businesses or organizations?

A: No, Domu Decor operates as an online-only store, allowing us to offer the best possible prices and curate a wide selection of products for customers all over the US.
