30-Day Simple & Easy Returns

At Domu Decor, we want you to love every single purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and easy return process.


Return Criteria

Please check below to see if your order qualifies for a return. We want to ensure clarity in this process.

  • Return Window: There is a 30-day window from the day of delivery to return items.
  • Product Condition: All prospective return items must be unused, in their original, sealed condition, and returned with the original packaging.
  • Simple & Easy: To make the process simple and easy, we will coordinate the return process directly with you. Please follow the steps below and contact customer service to continue.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send the necessary information to info@domudecor.com (1. the order number, 2. the reason for returning the order)
  2. Repackaging: Securely pack the product in the original packaging, the way it was delivered. Make sure to include every item, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  3. Double-checking: Check again to see if your order qualifies for a return, matches the order number sent to our email, and is packaged appropriately. This helps us streamline the inspection process and ensure we can handle your return quickly
  4. Dropping Off: Check your return authorization email for instructions, and drop off your package at the nearest qualifying shipping carrier location accordingly.


Refund Process

  • Initiation & Shipping: The customer must proactively initiate and ship the return item. Please note that the shipping location may not be in the same country as where the item was purchased.
  • Inspection: After receiving your return, we will check whether it meets our criteria listed above.
  • Issuing Refund: Post-inspection, your refund will be processed. After we issue a refund, it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your payment method, contingent on the payment method and your payment provider.

Return Processing Policy

  • Defective Products: We take these returns no questions asked. The full amount will be refunded, and the customer will not pay for return shipping.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer will be eligible for a refund. In certain cases, only a partial refund (depending on product type, condition, and reason of return). The shipping cost of the return delivery is the responsibility of the customer, effectively being deducted from the refund. This policy applies when the customer purchases the wrong item or no longer wants the item. In this case, the customer should provide accurate tracking data for a smooth process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • *If a cancellation request is submitted after the order has shipped and is the result of a carrier delay exceeding 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, the customer is entitled to a full refund, including original shipping charges, upon return of the item. To initiate the refund, the customer must return the item and provide a valid return tracking number to our support team. Refunds cannot be processed or issued until return tracking confirmation has been received.

Not quite the right fit for you? Contact us, and we’ll guide you through a quick, hassle-free exchange (of equal or lesser value).

*For items that have gone out of stock or have been discontinued, we will fulfill your order with the updated product version (if applicable), a very similar item from our catalog if possible (with guaranteed equal or higher value), or we will refund you promptly. To make your purchasing experience as smooth as possible, we will notify you by email of this change.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
